VERIFICATION
Most items are one-of-a-kind, but some have multiples listed. Prices are always per item, lot or set (as described).
Minimum order is $10. To verify the item(s) you are interested in are still available, please e-mail me at emorysale@hotmail.com with the item you would like or "Websale" as the subject. Also, please include your zip code, so I can accurately determine postage. I answer all e-mail as quickly as I can, which is typically the same or next day. You deal only with me (Emory), so there's never any doubt on your part with whom you are communicating. Please, do not send attachments. Because of potential virus problems, e-mails with attachments go unread into the recycle bin, as do e-mails without a recognized subject.

Once you reserve an item, I will hold it for one week (7 days). Reservations made from out of the United States get a 14 day hold period. After 7 or 14 days, the next person in line gets their shot. That's as fair as I can be.

E-mail makes up 99.9% of my communication. However, if you absolutely must, you may call and speak with me, but first you need to schedule a time via e-mail. I do not take cold phone orders or accept collect calls. If you prefer to deal with me only by phone, that's fine. I'm flexible, but please schedule a convenient time for both of us first. Thank you. 

Also, please be aware that where I live and where the collection resides are two different places. I can not simply walk over to an item and give you a detailed description of it, which is another reason why cold phone calls don't work for me. I am more than happy to supply detailed descriptions for you or a scan, but it may take a day or two for me to obtain them.

IMPORTANT: If you do not hear back from me in 48 hours, that means I have attempted 3 times to reply and your e-mail filter is blocking my Hotmail account. 99% of the failed mail delivery I get bounced back is from people using their business accounts that consider Hotmail spam. If you place my e-mail address on your "safe list," this may help assure that you get my reply. I do not send out unsolicited e-mail, so you will never get spam from me.

PAYMENT
U.S. funds only. Money orders and cashiers checks receive 2-day (or faster) turnaround. Personal or business checks drawn on local interstate banks such as Wells Fargo or Bank of America will get items shipped as soon as the bank clears the check, which is typically immediately, so you're looking at 2-day turnaround as with money orders. Personal or business checks drawn on non-local banks are fine, but they must clear before I ship. This takes 10 business days from deposit date. I do not recommend sending cash, however that's your choice - many people do. No credit cards, PayPal or CODs. Because my bank charges me, please be aware that foreign orders using bank drafts will have an additional $3 bank fee attached for processing. Please make your remittance out to and order from :

You will ALWAYS receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of payment AND an e-mail informing you that your order has shipped.

ITEMS FOR ADULTS
Items marked with an (A) contain material for adults only. You must provide a signed statement that you are 18 years of age or older to order any of these items. I will e-mail an age declaration to you before you place your order. You may then sign and return it with your remittance. This is a one-time-only process, as your age declaration stays on file.

POSTAGE
I ship via United States Postal Service - typically using Priority Mail. Postage varies with the weight of the order, plus insurance. If you are ordering from overseas, the costs are considerably higher. This is the USPS site I use to estimate overseas shipping, so you can get an idea on cost for yourself. Overnight mail or special shipping by your request is fine. You pay only the exact additional cost. People also send me their FedEx account numbers and I'm happy to ship that way for you. In any case, please get a shipping confirmation from me before sending any payment.

All items are scanned, photographed, or videotaped before shipping. I have never had problems with insurance claims and fortunately have had only two shipments damaged in the last 30 years. I pack securely!

RETURNS
All sales final, all items are sold "as is" and ship in the condition stated. If an item arrives damaged, you will receive 100% of the items cost and shipping charges back. That's why everything ships insured. Please retain all packing for the postal claim. Again, I photograph, scan, or videotape all items before shipping to keep an accurate record. I have been happily dealing with collectors since 1973 and I haven't successfully done so by misrepresenting what I offer.

Sorry, I do not buy collectibles or take consignment items!
